The customer service of this company is unbelievable! And by my rating you can make your own assumption about what I mean by that. They are extremely unhelpful in situations and are all about taking your money for no apparent reason... unless your count not saying the magic words “I want to cancel my service”... apparently when you ask multiple times about if service will be provided in your new home, and find out it’s not, then say ok where can I return my equipment. Then you drive to a store to return the equipment ask if there will be any other charges which they respond NO then you get a bill the following month and are expected to pay because you didn’t say the magic words. This company is not out there for customer satisfaction this is not the first problem I have had but definitely the most unbelievable!
