The e-mail speed reminds me of the old dial up systems. Down loading e-mail sometimes takes minutes, not seconds, but even 15 seconds is way too long. When on the internet it works great until it quits, and they start throttling my speed until I crash. It usually happens when there is more than one person using the internet, and usually after about 4 in the afternoon most days.
