What I would like to know is WHY!!!! did you guys turn your internet service over to brightspeed , AKA snailspeed ? I haven't had internet in over a month . My download speed is 0.22mb/s and nothing can be done on any device in my household. Yet I'm paying you people for nothing. As soon as my Star Link equipment arrives ; not only am I dumping Century link , but brightspeed is gone from my house as well . I will get a credit to my credit card for all this time that I've been paying you for service that I haven't received . You're losing customers by the thousands everyday and I'm one more that is totally fed up with all of it . I have a new modem that worked for approximately 1 day and now I have nothing as far as any speed test I've run on the system. You're all going to be looking for a job if you don't get your act together. Have a wonderful day.

I've had scheduled appointments for service/repair they continue to send completed Service Messages but no one has showed up to fix the problem 8 AM till 5 PM no 1 had the courtesy to call me back I talked to multiple people all day long not happy Terrible service
