Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There was an issue with being billed after I cancelled service and the agent was incredibly patronizing and all but called me a liar. I had to call three times after I had already sent back the equipment just to make sure the account was cancelled and they would stop billing me. All after several years of sub-par speed and service. Do not recommend.
