Have KDS for over 3 years, just increased speed with no price increase! Service is very reliable even with the freezing & high winds, never lose service for a long period of time. Very responsive to inquires from office. Had SPECTRUM for awhile, terrible service, always raising prices & slow to no internet. I even paid a Hugh penalty, $450, to get rid of them!!!
