Long time customer - since 2006 until now, 2023. Service WAS great, good speeds, ok pricing. Last few years, there have been ZERO upgrades to match available tech, yet prices have continued to go UP. It's now incredibly overpriced. Not much else available in my location, so really can't wait to switch AWAY from at&t.

I am very frustrated with spectrum right now. I just recently bought a Roku TV, in hopes to still have live TV by signing into my spectrum account and streaming from the spectrum TV app on Roku. But, I was very unhappy when I found out that you are no longer able to download the spectrum app on Roku, and I am highly considering switching TV providers to switch to a better streaming service that I can use off of my Roku. if you have a Roku TV, or any Roku product, and you are a spectrum customer, I highly suggest you think twice before you continue using spectrum. I hope that they can come to an agreement soon, so I don’t have to leave spectrum and so that I can watch live TV from my Roku product because that’s the main reason I bought it anyway
