Point Broadband is AWESOME! I don't usually leave reviews but I read some really negative reviews about Point before installing- the installation was free- and I wanted to come give them some love. They hooked our house up to fiber optics cable free, hooked modem and router up for free, and then it's worked great! We were on Starlink before and couldn't get high speed. Point is 33% less expensive and 50x faster! So it's a no brainer. The only issue we've had is with their website, which I believe is still developing. It would be nice if it was more user friendly. But we still got set up, things are working great, and I was able to pay my first bill online. We're happy customers!

It's OK if there is nothing else available, but if dealing with DSL, expect a lot of interruptions of service. They could do more to bring fiber optics along, and I'm sure they are, just not in rural areas.

My speed is not constant, it goes up and down and even go all the way down on a regular basis.
