Many times I am not able to connect or download. I take my devices to work in order to download a show or information. My home internet really is awful. My speed is 2.4. Way over priced for this poor service.

People are nice, but the system is totally inadequate if you have a family and several devices. It is so slow I can knit a sweater while my computer loads. I truly hope Spectrum , ATT, or a fiber optic provider comes into the area. A lot of people will jump ship and sign up with a company who can provide the bandwidth and speeds needed to support a family in today's environment if offered the opportunity. My upload speed is .5 and download .2. A person can't work from home with this type of service. It's really sad that they won't invest in their infrastructure to provide a better system. And, it's not cheap. CenturyLink is a "better than nothing option".
