Decent internet service, but horrible customer service. Representatives will tell you an issue is resolved, only to have the same incorrect charge applied to the next billing cycle. Crazy long wait times on the phone, only to reach people who can't or who are unwilling to help.

I have internet service only. Speed is very good when you consider that I have over a dozen devices connected. Only needed a service call once and they were on time, problem resolved. Price of service seems competitive compared to other regions of the country.
