ABSOLUTELY ABOMINABLE SERVICE HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER CARE there’s either an outage and you don’t have any recourse or the shoddy modem keeps dropping signal good luck trying to talk to a human about any issues your having my only regret is I can’t give 0 out of 5 stars
