I spoke with Glen from customer service on the phone about setting up my internet when my area was in an outage for spectrum TV. He was incredibly helpful and friendly and got my internet working as well as answered all my questions.

The address where I got my internet service is an hour away from their nearest office. When I canceled my service, they expected me to drive all the way out there, drop my stuff off, and drive all the way back home. No option to have someone pick it up, no option to even mail it. I'm not driving all the way out there with my three year old just to drop off a box for a crappy internet company. The only reason I even got their service is because I HAD TO. Apartment complex had a deal with them.

Ok when it is working, but I don't get the advertised speeds. Calling or contacting support is a challenge.
