Easton velocity has been outstanding to work with and works hard to make it right. The guys that came to my house did excellent workmanship.

Having been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years, thought we would give the home internet a try. When we first signed up, $100 was offered as incentive. By the time T-Mobile sent the signal box, the incentive was cut to $50. It has been 6 months since receiving service, and we have received $0 of the promised sign up incentive! Very disappointing, Tmobile!

XFINITY

Overall:
Service:

Shelby D | 07-22-2023

Xfinity has always had issues with the people they contract out to your home. This has been the worst experience ever. I come home Friday after running to store to find out I have no service. Some workers had come at 7 pm to fix some thing for my new neighbors who just moved in. So long story short, they dug up my backyard and disconnected my services. I called and was told someone would be at my home between 8-10. No show. Call and basically got excuses but was told someone would come to my home on Monday. If I didn't say earlier this started on Friday at 7 pm. Please explain to me how I get screwed while new neighbors have services. Xfinity sucks but I live on the military base and this is the provider my area has to use! Great Job Xfinity!
