My Verizon FIOS service is spotty and slow. At first I thought it was my computer but when my daughter used her brand new laptop at home it cut out in the middle of streaming almost any video. It is much slower than my service at work and seems expensive for this area. If I could change without a service cancellation fee I would opt out in a New York minute.

I have the basic internet package and it is fairly slow compared to my speeds at work. Service is all right and if you can get a human on the phone at tech they can be very helpful, best to call later in the day I have found. Overall, I have a ho-hum attitude to my internet provider because I really think faster speeds should not cost more.
