I've been a paying loyal customer for years. My neighbor gets an invite in mail for Spectrum internet for $24.99 per month and I'm being charged $87.99 per month for internet. How is that fair and justifiable? I'm a senior on a budget but every month my bill goes up n up. Beware loyal customers, we're being screwed.
