Service is very inconsistent. Went out everyday and system had to be reset. When I disconnected my service, they do not prorate bill so I had to pay full amount for 4 days of use.

This is the worse experience I have ever had and really makes me wonder why I pay for internet when it cost more money for my phone data use because my home internet keeps going out. Today it cost me money and spectrum Dont seem to care about customers. If they can't provide the services that they charge you for is fraud isn't it. Yet they keep doing it.

Always excellent service when there is an outage. By the time we are calling, they already have a crew on the job! Very fast internet, no lag when watching movies. Beats HughesNet by a looooong mile!

Overall, I like AT&T. They seem to always have great deals going on. I never have connection problems like I have had with other providers.

There are rarely any outages, which I like compared to previous providers I've had. My major complaint is that the speed/bandwith drops so much in the evening that Netflix constantly has to buffer.
