The worst. Horrid. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in all my years. It requires months for them them to repair a line. I am still without service after 4 tickets and all four appts the techs failed to show or call. I am searching for another carrier as I write this.

All around horrible company. Even after contacting their parent company no resolve to the problems. Plus they increase the price. Stay away from them if at all possible.

We have been customers for almost 20 years. When the service works it is great. Our wifi has been out for two days I have spoken to three people on the phone and texted with two. There was an appointment scheduled for today and no one showed up. Now I have been told there will be a charge for a technician to come out? For problems with their equipment. If you can't with another company do it. In NC the laws should be changes for all rural areas to have their own grid!!!!!

We have Viasat for over 4 years there is not many providers in rural areas the length of time for techs to come and fix internet problems it can range from 5 days to ten days to get the tech to service your internet outage. The company has a great marketing campaign to get new subscribers but don’t be fooled on reliability. It is okay when it is working but the main thing to consider is the days of frustration when you are waiting for a tech to show up and fix the problem and sometimes it’s just for a hour or so that it works and when it goes back down again you are back on the 5+ days to try again and get your service back up
