I have been trying to get internet for almost a month at my new residence. I have spoken to at least 12 people, spent over 24 hours and still have no internet in my home. Agents have blindly transferred calls, breathed heavily on the line, offered no suggestions, placed me on hold without warning for well over an hour at a time and even though I have asked for a supervisor I have not been connected with one. They tell me contradicting things like my address is serviceable a d then it is not to I need to use a hot spot to they do not offer hot spots anymore. I am beyond extremely frustrated and angry. Why do they hav such a monopoly on the services?
