Before judging a book by its cover by giving speed 1 star, let me say the following: I have been calling Spectrum non stop stating that my internet is not working. I’ve had issues with my internet for over a month. I switched out equipment and had a few guys come out to take a look at my issue and nothing seemed to work. BUT, I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Chris in Cincinnati OH for going above and beyond. He arrived at our house with an upbeat attitude and leave with that same attitude with a little bit of sorrow. He stayed at our house for 2 1/2 HOURS to figure out what was wrong with our internet. He looked carefully at every piece of equipment we had to find the main source of our issue. Long story short, he was not able to fully help us out but that does not matter with his kindness and expertise. We found out it is the pole that is holding the issue. I can’t thank him enough for being so passionate and driven to help our situation. Chris, you are the man and god bless you!!!
