I have never had good service from Comcast/Xfinity. In the past six months I have had to have Tech come to my home 4 times for internet failures. The customer support people are hard to understand and promise things will be better. The last three times the tech has been at my house the first thing he says is "I have no idea why I'm here." They claim to check everything and always find one thing that needs to be done. Things get better for about two months and then I am back on the phone with the same problems. I am paying for top tier speed and only getting about 45 % of my upload and download speed. They have even sent "Expert Supervisor" techs and I still have problems. I am screwed because they have the area locked down and I can't use anyone but them. If I could drop Comcast I would.
