I have been with spectrum for several years. Twice I have been mislead, deceived or given inaccurate information to. Every year I have to call back and threaten to leave and go to another company because of "end of promotion" price rises. The hold time to cancel is several hours after transferred call after call. It has been a hassle to deal with customer service for 1. the amount of time it takes 2. Being mislead 3. Dishonest or inaccurate information always costing me more
