Horrible service. DVR constantly freezes up in the middle of watching a recording. Been complaining for YEARS, but it has never been rectified. I asked for a refund for YEARS of dvr rental and after hours on the phone with customer service representatives regularly dropping my calls, they credited me $15. This company is a scam, have been ripping me off for years. The ONE AND ONLY reason I still have the service is I don’t want to change my email address. DONT EVER SIGN UP FOR COMCAST SERVICES OF ANY KIND. I have never been satisfied with the service because they don’t provide the services I pay for. And I’ve wasted hundreds of hours on hold with them, being hung up on, and getting NOWHERE. Terrible company, should not be legal to operate this way.
