Years of repeated failures followed by a week or more for service tech to show up. All other providers are up after our hurricane passed through So Cal. Two days later Frontier is trying to figure out our lack of connectivity. Building a nice bill using my phone data.

We are limited in quality internet providers otherwise I definitely would not be with Frontier. System goes down repeatedly. Tech support reads from a script. Even after writing to the president of Frontier the result was more scripted stuff not addressing what could improve my connectivity. The bottom line is they charge when their system is not working. Nice gig for the profit seekers.

There prices are to high . And there cable is out at least 3 times a month for hours at a time and there employes who come to the house to help check for problems leave wires hanging down and take your personal property (spliters, things that you own) .Seniors and disabled people are easy targets !
