My cable box broke, and it was replaced with a new box with a BAFFLING, DIFFICULT REMOTE which has fewer functions and is much, much more complicated than the remote I had before. The service 'assisistant' advised me to look online for instructions. Not helpful, nor user-friendly. Very unpleasant and stressful experience, and NOT worth the money they charge.
