I'm down again, second time this month. And when you're on hold to talk with customer support, all they do is pitch "bundling". If you bundle, then your phone is down too. Nice trick! Spectrum goes down all the time and they just don't care. They have a monopoly and good luck getting them to live up to their "service agreement" .

I have been dealing with over two years of harassment from this company. I have been on over 10 phone calls explaining that I returned their overpriced router yet I have multiple collection agencies calling me all day and night requesting that fee. I wouldn't purchase this coverage for my most hated enemy. Stick to any other company because their customer service can not be worse. I have been on Verizon for the last two years and have never had a hiccup. I hope if someone is on the fence about switching they are able to read this review and it convinces them out of it. I will never be a customer of AT&T again.
