Colorado Springs Residential Internet Coverage

The city of Colorado Springs covers lots of land, but many internet companies provide full coverage to this area.

Through CenturyLink Prism, customers in the northern communities of Wolf Ranch and Kettle Creek enjoy fiber-optic internet. The service area runs south to Memorial Park, stretching as far west as Kissing Camels. CenturyLink DSL has a similar coverage area, reaching a bit further south to the Colorado Springs Airport and covering the northern communities near the United States Air Force Academy.

Nearly the entire city is in the service area of Xfinity. Cable internet is available from Telephone and Data Systems. The service area reaches the eastern neighborhood of Palmer Park, running west to Skyway. It expands south to Broadmoor Oaks and Southborough.

Fiber is provided by Falcon Broadband, although service is currently limited to the area surrounding Garden of the Gods. 100% of Colorado Springs has access to Integra Telecom internet. Microtech-tel primarily provides coverage to the western part of Colorado Springs, reaching the northern neighborhood of Briargate and the western community of Mountain Shadows. The coverage area ends at Eastborough.

For fans of satellite service, HughesNet provides reliable satellite service to almost every part of Colorado Springs.

I've been a customer of century link for years. Never had a problem until I moved to village 7. I have been here since 2014 and have never had great service. They have tried over the phone so many times I should charge them for my time of not only being on hold, but never solving the problem. They have sent out a tech who was just as stumped in person as the ones on the phone. My service goes on and off continually during use. I've had the geek squad out...no answer..I've bought 2 new P C's, I've installed a dedicated phone line,I've bought 3 modems...I'm so sick and tired of calling them that I gave up calling...and now it's time to give up on customer loyalty and kick ,'em to the curb. Sometimes paying my loyalty price is NOT WORTH A CRAPPY INTERNET CONNECTION!! The answer they all say is...you are on the edge between fiber optic and dsl... problem is...I get nothing...no internet service of any kind that is reliable...I can't do my husband's business on the PC....I have to do it all on my tablet and send it to the PC to save in a file..buh bye century link..

This has been on of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The reps are horribly trained. There’s no reason to call because they can NEVER do anything for you or never want to help and you can hear it in their voices ! They do not care about your problems. I purchased service two weeks ago and they still haven’t gotten their stuff together enough to meet their app times! I’ve had to reschedule 3! times and not because of me, no. Because they just that horrible at their job

This is by far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with. CSR are rude and the managers I've spoken with about issues are just as incompetent as the CSR. They obviously don't go through enough training to do thier job diligently.
