I called in last evening to discontinue services (12/15/23.) Due to excellent customer service by Charles I have decided to stay with you for another year. I am retired and billing had gone up but he was able to offer a solution that was acceptable to me and thus saving a customer who has had your services for over 30 years. It isn't often in today's workforce to find an employee like Charles who is willing, with the best of attitude, to offer alternative solutions to a customer and work with them to solve the the problem presented to them. You should be so very proud of his customer service skills and he might be better served in teaching other CS reps how to accommodate customer complaints. Thanks again to Charles for his excellent service.

I just spent 21/2 hours trying to exchange equipment. Why ? Because if you walk into the store anyone who makes an appointment can pass people waiting for hours. Of course their customer service doesn't tell you that! So something simple like trading equipment that should take 5min. turns into hours of waiting. I uninstalled it and then I will be reinstalling it. MY time is worth something!!!! WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECTRUM?? I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY! RIDICULOUS!!

Those of us who are elderly and on Social Security are supposed to have access to low income internet and there is no contact information on this program. Phone calls are ridiculous!

I have had nothing but issues from slow internet to frequent disconnections, adding in the high price and the dismal customer service, I am really ready for something better.

The worst internet providers I have worked with, I have noticed a continual pattern of interruptions that occur nightly between Eleven pm and Two am. This also happens to many of my friends who are also customers. Last time this happened I contacted technical support where the employee excused the problem becase there were over two hundred units near me that we're currently offline. Avoid this company if you live in the Grand Junction area and if you do decide to use them, pay attention to all of their hidden charges that appear, when you ask if theres a charge for paying your bill over the phone and your told no and then charged an additional service charge its very frustrating.
