I have had frontier now for 10 years, it was ATT now it's Frontier this month I've had frontier at my house for the sixth time. I have intermittent Wi-Fi complaints for the last 10 years, as most of my home is now hardwired. It seems like for some reason the Wi-Fi doesn't work. I've even turned up whatever that means and now pay more. But nothing has changed my TV constantly buffering my Wi-Fi still drops and wi-Fi calling saying can you hear me like it is 2010. My understanding things are supposed to get better not worse. So this time the guy comes out and tells me the truth that the box that sends the Wi-Fi and single to my house it's too far away I could pay $300 a month more and it would not change anything.
