Constantly having problems with the internet going out and not working. We’ve had a temporary line running on top of the ground along the road from one junction box to another about a 1/4 mile down the road. Numerous times techs have came out and spliced the wires back together for a quick fix. CenturyLink, you seriously need to quit being cheap and remove the temp line and repair or replace the broken unground lines that run between the 2 junction boxes in front of my house. We’ve been dealing with the crappy internet long enough. Even your techs don’t understand why you (CenturyLink) have not had it done yet.
