Frontier Fios provides DSL to 100% of Moscow homes. As the sole cable internet provider Time Warner spectrum also reaches 100% of residents. Fiber optics are beginning to enter the area. Currently, First Step internet provides the service to 5% of residents north of Rte. 8.
