Mercury Wireless website states fast and reliable internet for your home...Nothing is further from reality. Mercury Broadband is not reliable or dependable. My average speeds are between 5 and 10 Mbps and I pay for 30 Mbps. Multiple calls and emails, they refuse to come out and fix it. They don't even return calls anymore. Don't walk away from this company, RUN!!!!!!
