We are moving into a new construction house. We've been calling for service for 3 weeks. They say they have to have a contractor come out to verify. The cable lines are right there other houses are active on service. And they still cannot give me a date when someone will get out there no notes on the account nothing. They are the best service in the area and they know it So they don't care about you happen to wait or not being professional.
