When I called to order internet service at a home I inherited, I made it very clear that we did not need TV, or phone service because no one was living in the house at that time. The only reason I ordered the internet service so I could have security cameras which would send me a message via the internet when they were triggered by motion. Everything went fine at first. I had to call in about something, and the rep again offered me TV and Phone service and again I declined. I didn't check the bill thoroughly for a couple of months because it was being automatically paid. When I finally checked it, I found that a minimal television channel service had been added. It only added $10.00 a month, but I made it clear that no one lived at the house at that time, so there was no need for TV service. They adjusted the bill, but it took way too much of my time.
