I hooked into the fiberoptic internet service, and internet speeds were inconsistent and generally poor. If you cancel within 30 days, you are refunded the connecting cost. I missed that window which I understood. However being billed for the next month that I was a couple of days into when I canceled is unacceptable. Customer service was very polite, but the company policy has no regard for customer service by offering a quality service or doing the right thing when that service does not meet the expectation promised. Very disappointing. I will not be recommending Spectrum to anyone in my community. As a matter of fact, I will discourage them from even considering this company.
