Constant outages of local phone service. For the last two years or so, CenturyLink has refused to fix the underground facilities in our neighborhood. Instead, they've run cables/wires in the gutter in front of our houses and connected them to access pylons (?) in yards about 100 yards apart. It's a constant battle to keep service up. Just the other day, a snow plow did a number on those wires and now we AGAIN have no service. And you can't speak to anyone. My wife's business relies on fax capability and now we have nothing AGAIN!!!!!
