Xfinity Comcast is the worst service l had ever experienced...It's an miracle l you ever get on the telephone with them...When needing an customer service representative...I've been on hold 2hrs and 1 1/2 hrs and over 1hrs at times...Just to get on the phone and have them again...Put me back on hold...Xfinity Comcast has cheated me over money totaling over 300 dollars...On more that two occasions...Everytime l noticed my bill would be higher than the month before...They are scammers imposter and frauds...Xfinity would turn off your service if you owed an dollar...Not to mention the supervisors are horrible...They used my information off 2 debit cards...I had to replace them...I PAID my bill and they cut off my service...But they lied an said my bill was late...I would and repeat not recommend Xfinity Comcast to people who are looking for service...

Comcast provides adequate service although customer service is generally poor. More than once they were unable to schedule a technician to come to the house for more than a week and if you have teens, you realize this is a very, very long time to go without internet access.
