I have the 1 giga bit download account for the past three years. I seldom get a download using their speed test greater than 250 megabits / second. The test shows a burst to 500 megabits and then trails off to about 150 megabits with the average speed 250 megabits. They have serious congestion on the their network or they are "throttling" connections? There's always the chance that my account is misconfigured by Comcast for a lower tier.
