Brunswick is a family-friendly medium size city. Residents are typically upper-middle income and work in both blue- and white-collar professions, many in fields using computers and math. They rely on their internet services to connect with the community and plan family activities. Although just 88% of Ohio has access to high-speed internet, 100% of Brunswick can connect to this service.

Frontier provides DSL to 100% of area homes and is the sole DSL provider in the area. Time Warner Spectrum reaches 100% of Brunswick residents with cable internet. WOW! cable provides and additional cable internet option to 7% of residents west of I-71. Fiber optics are not yet available to residents.

Businesses in the area have additional options. Megapath provides copper wire and DSL. In addition, Level 3 Communications is beginning to offer commercial users fiber optic connections. Currently, the service reaches 9% of businesses and this is likely to expand.

Unfortunately for the past couple months ( I've only had TW for less than a year) my internet speeds have been extremely slow and I pay for the highest speed. It also cuts out repeatedly throughout the day. They have been out here a few times and have not yet fixed the problem and tried to say maybe we are using to many things at once. This is not true because when my kids are at school and it's just me home, the internet does the same thing. I think they dont know how to fix it and are trying to come up with excuses for themselves!
