Terrible. To activate a not working port they want $70! I also had to pay $50 for moving. They are greedy.

I upgraded to a faster internet speed about month ago and it still is slower than the Internet at the nearby Paneras. This is ridiculous... I pay a large amount every month and it is highway robbery!! I really dislike TWC!! If I could find a better service I would change in an instant!
