Crooks. Horrible service for over 4 years. Only stayed because no other options for rural wifi. Paid $300 extra to not have a contact. Over 4 years requested up grades many times. Not available! Now we pay over $300 monthly for 500gb and 30mb. To get the 150 Mb speed that the plan is supposed to provide I must agree to a 24 month contract that I paid $300 to avoid. Now they have no record of that ever happening. However my bank account does. This company lies and preys on people in rural areas with no other options. Almost $400 for really poor wifi is a scam. Do not trust viasat!

Service is always out and it takes 7 days for a technician to come or longer and they do nothing to fix it and don't give the bill credit.
