Cannot get a technician out to fix internet. We have had one scheduled for 2 days now that hasn’t showed up either day. Nobody can give reasons why . Different answers every time you call a representative.

CenturyLink is overpriced and horrible to communicate with. It takes a huge amount of time to wait on the phone or to chat with someone online. After chatting/ speaking on the phone there isn’t information they can really give you that you would need. The outages in service happen way too frequently and constantly have delays in restoration. By delays, I mean days until the internet/ phone is fixed. You will get an outage that starts restoration within hours and ends up being 2 days later. It is unacceptable the poor service that is provided for the large price tag. Very unhappy with the poor quality and poor communication.
