ZERO STARS!!! You can't even call this customer service. Keeping customers waiting for over two hours is not service. And in rural areas where there is no other options for providers . . . CenturyLink you need to do better.

Nightmare of a company. No cust service. Live person to talk to does not exist. Phone promts are way too long. You pay past due or current pmts and doesn't work. Happened a few times. Speed is good when it works. Plan on 1 hour talking to a limited computer to get anything done
