We have had Cox communications and we also have had DIRECTV. I prefer Cox communications anytime over DIRECTV. My reasons why is because you don’t lose channels when the weather is bad. We have never had any problems with billing with DIRECTV we were constantly calling in because our bill would change from one month to the next one when we did not make any changes .you always knew what Cox communications bill was going to be every month no surprises! Anytime we ever needed service they were quick to get a hold of and responded quickly.
