Worst company I have EVER dealt with. There has been a hole dug in my yard for over 2 weeks with exposed wires. I have called and spoken to at least 30 people about the damage and potential safety hazard. No one has come to fix it or called to let me know when it will be fixed. I have been told several times the situation was escalated, but nothing is ever done.

It was a fairly decent service when it was WAVE Internet, but since they switch to Astound, the service and the customer service has just gone downhill. Funnily, they insist the name change changed nothing, but this is not true.

the enternet is fine but the company is extortionary, my bill is constantly going up, i payed like 40$ a month for unlimited enternet about 2 years ago and now they are charging me 116$ a month, i shouldnt have to constantly call them to ask why my bill is going up and to fix it. they try to be sneaky hoping you wont check your bill and charge crazy prices. This isn't how a trustworthy company does business.
