Not only are their prices too high, which is what made me switch to frontier fiber optic, and YouTube TV stream for $120 less a month, but when I canceled on the 10th of the month, (my billing cycle ended on the 7th) they force you to pay the full month, even though I didn't get the value or the service. When I returned my equipment and I spoke to the gentleman in the store, he said I would be charged for about three or four days which was acceptable, but not the case. They want a full month if you cancel after your billing cycle date started. Unbelievable I have never seen any phone company, cable company, utility of any sort be a monthly subscription with service not pro rated. What a joke that's why they're losing customers keep on streaming! RIP OFF!

New customer. They were supposed to arrive between 4-5. Never showed. No call. Contacted support after going thru long menu finally got a person. I was told they would escalate my work order and I would get a call back within 30 minutes. Never got a call. Called again they said within an hour. No call. Support is terrible they need to notify customers and keep them in the loop. Two hours of my life wasted. If you can find another alternative go with them as I am about to cancel this and go with dish as customer service did not care nor provide any answers. Spectrum train your staff they are in dire need of knowing how to support the customers who pay for their services
