I have had problems with the internet for the last month and they keep sending techs out that have no idea what they are doing. They even had one come in and mess up my set up. They are over priced for all the trouble we have had and they aren’t worth the time. This company has no idea what customer service is and they don’t even try. Now I have no internet and my child and wife work and go to school from home. Spectrum is trash and no one should get it.
