It's a complete waste of time and money to use this company. They sell you high speed that is nothing more the 50mps and compared to most places slow. Then they tell you that once you use the data cap they slow you to standard speed. Let me tell you standard speed is less then AOL dial up. .03 mps is the highest we recorded.

They told me I could get installed a few days after deposit and then once deposit was paid there are no available installations and by no available there is no tech in my area. They have laid on several calls and the call centers are outsourced to what appears to be India. Not sure it's worth the time or money.

Constantly have issues with outages, call Xfinity but customer service is non existent. If you do get through it’s never an issue on their end. Tired of the runaround I’ll be switching as it can’t be any worse with another provider.
