Service is so unreliable I think it is time for me to give up and find a different provider. Spectrum outages all the time and you can't depend on internet. It's a roll of the dice wether you will make it through a week without major problems due to no internet and not knowing how long till its back up. Up down up down up down

Nothing good to say. I'm stuck with Comcast or AT&T as my options. After horrible dealings with Comcast I went to AT&T for internet and it's been an EXCRUCIATING 7 years. If I didn't hate Comcast so much I'd be gone in second. I have the highest tier plan AT&T offers and it's abysmal. The service is out frequently, speeds are... it's just awful. Adding insult to injury is their customer service - uncaring over the phone, horrible service scheduling, and just plain unhelpful. The service tech who installed the service was a good dude though, so there's that. Please i3, come to my neighborhood!!
