Customer service is hands down the worst in the entire country. It's a non-English speaking call center that actively tries to avoid answering your questions. That's if you can even talk to someone, which is close to impossible since they make you go through an automated service first that just routes you to do everything yourself online no matter what the issue is. The internet speed is okay, but not nearly good enough to make up for how outrageously bad their customer service is.
