Our internet provider over the years had not been bad; but, had not been all that good. We paid roughly $125.00 per month for service. We had the best they could provide and it seldom reached 35 Mbps. They were not the easiest group of personnel to work with if you had a problem. However, at the time they were the best! I had checked into several different options over the years including Elon Musks “Starlink”. In May of 2022, we received a flyer from Mercury Broadband. I checked it out and investigated at the BBB site, where I read many negatives. I called and went over the contract and programs they offered. We signed the contract and the service was installed by Terrell Coleman on 05-27-22. After installation we had a lot of downtime and for several weeks, I was concerned that I had made a mistake. Terrell and the personnel in Topeka, KS worked hard to fix and improve the connection. In October two technicians came and it was noted there was a problem at the tower as well as the software on our receiver. Those issues have been resolved and I have to say It was the best move I ever made! While writing this I made a check on OPEN SPEED TEST. Upload was 96.40. Download was 27.79. Thank You Terrell Coleman and all of the wonderful personnel at Mercury broadband
