When the Internet actually works it’s good. the pricing is fair. the speed is good, but the service for this company is absolutely horrendous. no one communicates with with anyone in this company, so therefore the customer will never find out what’s being done, when it’s been done or how it’s been done. the customers always left in the dark. Call center techs are poorly trained and cannot remember what was stated by the customer two minutes prior.
